This project was offically launched on the 25th/06/2009 at Boma grounds in moroto with the theme: Protect the Rights of children. The function was graced by first lady Jannet Museveni minister state for Karamoja region ,as the cheif guest. This important event attracted Government officials Members of Parliament, UPDF Military commanders traditional leaders country diplomants,NGOs members of the pubic, women and children, Religious leaders,and people from all walks of life.</P>
